In each of the areas being observed you are looking for a strategy that
was good or bad. It may be something that you saw that worked very well
or something that did not work at all. Instructional and Classroom
Management are self explanatory. The other category is just that.
Anything that you saw that would be helpful to you as a teacher such as
voice modulation, classroom layout, teacher interaction, etc. This is to
help you look at things that other successful teachers are doing to help
you become an even better teacher. |
