BBABA - DUTIES OF CHAIRMAN OF BOARD

The Chairman shall be elected by the Board of Education at the first meeting of each year and shall serve for a period of one year. The Chairman shall function in capacities as prescribed by law. The Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Board, appoint members to serve on special board committees, sign official documents of the Board and perform all other duties necessary to his job.
