CD CD - LINE AND STAFF RELATIONS All personnel employed to work in the public schools of Baldwin County are responsible to the Superintendent. The Superintendent shall provide a line-of-authority chart and job descriptions for all personnel. The administration of each school center shall be under the supervision and direction of the principal of the school. The principal shall be responsible to the Superintendent for the operation of the school. All personnel employed by the Board of Education shall be expected to maintain and exhibit a professional attitude and level of service and to respect and be loyal to the school system, the local community, State of Georgia and the United States.
