EB EB - BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS MANAGEMENT The care, custody and safekeeping of school property is the general responsibility of the Superintendent tin cooperation with district staff. the administrative staff shall establish such procedures and employ such means from time to time as may be necessary to provide accurate information in regard to the nature, condition, location and value of all school property; to safeguard against loss, damage, or undue depreciation; to recover and restore to usefulness school property which may be lost, stolen, or damaged; and to do what is necessary to insure the proper maintenance and safekeeping of school property. Principals shall assume responsibility for the housekeeping of the buildings and grounds of their school. The will supervise the custodial staff of the school and shall see that teachers and students are encouraged to help in keeping classrooms, halls and grounds clean at all times.
