REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Baldwin County Board of Education is seeking to hire a Construction Manager @ Risk for system improvements associated with 2011-2016 SPLOST funds.  Interested CM’s may pick up a Request for Proposal (RFP) package from Brenda Phillips at the central office of Baldwin County Schools, 110 ABC Street, Milledgeville, GA  31061 or by faxing a request to Brenda Phillips at 478-457-3360.  Proposals must be submitted no later than 3:00 on March 16, 2010.
